About the job:
We’re looking for an experienced Water Sampling Technician, to join our team of every day heroes in Christchurch!
Your mission is to gather information and data on client assets and assist us to meet the requirements of the contract – ensuring the delivery of safe drinking water to residents.
Your role will be focused within data collection, water sampling, operational performance/upgrades, and leadership – you will be providing expert advise to our Water Quality Sampling Technicians!
What you’ll need:
- A full Class 1 drivers license.
- Your NZQA Water Sampler qualifications
- Experience in maintaining, repairing and calibration of relevant analyser instruments.
- Familiarization with the drinking water quality assurance rules, outlined by Taumata Arowai.
- Experience in FAC, pH and Turbidity Sampling.
All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
