About the job:
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our Three Waters Construction Team!
Your role will be responsible for the supervision of staff and activities associated with the Three Waters Contracts, for the Stormwater and Wastewater Team. This will include meeting and exceeding targets, improving operational efficiency, planning and scheduling work and assisting with training and development around drainage assets.
What you’ll need:
- Relevant industry experience, specifically in civil drain laying, would be preferred.
- Proven leadership experience of up to 20 staff.
- Drain laying, Wastewater or Site Supervisor Qualifications are advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of business systems, technical knowledge and understanding of Three Waters Construction projects and health & safety knowledge.
- A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of motivation!
All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
