Operations Management - Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead our delivery unit, managing and growing the operations that provide exceptional services to our valued customers.
As the leader of the Wellington Local Government delivery unit, you will be accountable for the unit's performance and strategic direction, focusing on the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. Your expertise in driving operational efficiency through strong people engagement and process improvement, and customer-centric delivery will be essential to the success of the role.
To be considered, you will have a demonstrated history of success in operations as well as proven business development and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Open Space management is beneficial but not essential. You may also hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, be an experienced people leader and have excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
