Join Our Team in Wellington as a Workforce Planning Coordinator/Scheduler 

 

Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the hunt for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team servicing the New Zealand Police in Wellington. 

 

About the Role:  

As a Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of scheduled maintenance activities and responsive work to support our busy building maintenance team. 

 

Some key responsibilities include: 

  • Scheduling of responsive maintenance to minimise disruption to the PPM programme 
  • Active maintenance of asset database and rounds incorporating any variations to contract 
  • Scheduling of responsive maintenance to minimise disruption to the PPM programme 
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new clients 
  • Daily management of Citycare KPI’s 
  • Attending and contributing to meetings with sub-contractors, including minute taking  
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and clients as necessary, including sound knowledge of their systems. 

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience in a similar role; data analysis and process mapping preferred 
  • High degree of accuracy, timeliness & attention to detail is essential.  
  • Proactive and self-motivated – looking to do things to support and improve contract efficiency and performance 
  • High level of professional and personal integrity with the ability to get on well with other people - ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Results focused with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong Customer Focus
